Company History
TradeMerit was founded in 2006 by Wael Aggan, Tarek El-gillani, and Sami Al-hussieni. The team has an extensive track record of launching industry-altering companies such as ViaSafe Inc.
Board of Directors and Management
Wael Aggan is the president & CEO of TradeMerit Corporation. Wael was the co-founder and CEO of ViaSafe Inc, and the senior VP of Descartes System Group. He worked in the hi-tech arena for more than 30 years, making a contribution to several companies and organization around the world.
