TradeMerit service leverages a direct secure connection to CBP. Once you submit an ISF, it is instantly sent to CBP. In the same way, responses are displayed on the web as soon as they are created by CBP.

Eliminate redundancy

TradeMerit service allows you to maintain an unlimited Master list of Items (goods), HS Codes, Supplier, Forwarders, Consolidators, Location, and other commonly used information. This avoids the need for the same information to be entered repeatedly in different ISF filings. In addition, by using TradeMerit Templates, you can quickly generate the ISF filing with minimal data entry.

Audit your filings

Using TradeMerit, you can save as many draft versions as necessary to ensure the accuracy of the data before submission to customs. In doing so, you maintain an electronic record of every ISF Filing along with its version, time and the name of the user who edited it.

Track your documentation

Using TradeMerit web portal, you can attach to the ISF, supporting documentation such images of bills, certificates, etc. This provides a single place to track the necessary data and supporting documentation allowing you to perform any required checks and audits.

Time your Filings

Based on the shipments' sailing and arrival dates, 10+2 rules require certain ISF information to be filed prior to specific points in time. When an ISF Filing does not meet these rules, TradeMerit alerts you via email to take corrective action.

Pricing

  • $0.99 per Filing, at a minimum of $20 per month.

  • ISF Filing is only billed once. There are no charges for ISF corrections, cancellation, responses, or notifications.
