ISF Premium

TradeMerit ISF Premium is a service designed to help importers integrate ISF filing with their trade documentation. This service allows importers to completely automate the ISF filing process, providing assurances of a timely submission of the ISF. The service also provides an audit trace that helps with any CBP Audit.

Includes all of the Enhanced ISF features, plus:

  • Inviting suppliers and agents  to participate.
  • Managing suppliers and agents access rights.
  • Assigning Tasks to suppliers and agents to complete ISF data.
  • Automatic monitoring of Tasks for timely and accurate completion.
  • Escalation of incomplete Tasks.
  • Notifications for incomplete tasks and inconsistent data.
  • Performance reports to audit the accuracy and timelessness of various suppliers and agents.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks.
  • EDI integration.

Pricing

  • Setup fee: $500. This is a onetime only charge to cover the processing of the registration and retention of Power of Attorney.
  • Monthly subscription fee: $500. Includes access for 50 users.
  • First 100 ISF of every month: FREE.
  • Additional ISF: $2 per Filing.

Notes:

  • ISF Filing is only billed once. There are no charges for ISF corrections, cancellation, responses, or notifications.
  • Access for 50 users is included in the monthly minimum of $500. Additional users may be purchased at $10 per user per month.
  • EDI integration is charged separately.
  • Task automation is charged separately.
